Halcon中和其他语言一样也可以按位对数据进行操作
这些函数有
tuple_band
tuple_bnot
tuple_bor
tuple_bxor
tuple_lsh
tuple_rsh

例如下边对函数的调用，
可以在halcon软件中运行查看效果。
a:=2
b:=3
tuple_band (a, b, BAnd)
tuple_bnot (BAnd, BNot)
tuple_bor (a, b, BOr)
tuple_bxor (a, b, BXor)
tuple_lsh (a, 2, Lsh)
tuple_rsh (a, 1, Rsh)
